Archstone Foundation is proud to support the Emerging Leaders in Aging initiative of Tideswell at UCSF, a year-long leadership development program for junior and mid-career professionals committed to the field of aging as clinicians, researchers, policy developers, or academics.
Over the past decade, the program has trained 167 leadership scholars in multiple specialties in medicine and the health professions from 31 states. The current cohort convened this spring in Boston to connect with their peers and present their capstone projects. Take a look at the video below from the conference to learn more about this important effort to empower a new generation of professionals dedicated to improving the lives and health of older people.
