Connie Peña

Director of Finance and Administration

Connie Peña is Director of Finance and Administration at Archstone Foundation. She joined the Foundation in October 2006, serving as Executive Assistant and Bookkeeper for fifteen years before transitioning to her current position. Connie has over 25 years of combined administrative, bookkeeping, human resources, and office management experience.

Connie works closely with the Foundation’s President and Chief Executive Officer, Board of Directors, and staff. She manages the Foundation’s fiscal budget, tax, and audit responsibilities, working closely with the Foundation’s Certified Public Accountant and Chief Financial Officer. In addition, she manages the administrative, human resources, and IT functions of the Foundation.

Prior to joining Archstone Foundation, Connie was Executive Assistant to Joseph F. Prevratil, President and CEO of RMS Foundation, Inc., operator of the historical Queen Mary in Long Beach, California. Prior to working at the Queen Mary, Connie was at California Specialty Farms in Los Angeles, a provider of specialty fruits, herbs, and hand carved and turned vegetables, where she served as the Accounting Assistant and Executive Assistant to the President.
