Please join us in welcoming Sheena Uchino to the Archstone Foundation team!

Sheena is currently pursuing her master’s degree in public health in Community Health Sciences at UCLA’s Fielding School of Public Health. She received her Bachelor of Science in Clinical Nutrition with a minor in Community Development from the University of California, Davis. Aiming to become a registered dietician, she is particularly interested in the intersectionality between society, biology, and nutrition.

In the past year, Sheena has been involved with the Mobile Clinic Project at UCLA and is a member of the Evaluation and Data Analysis committee. The Mobile Clinic Project aims to improve health outcomes and the quality of life of individuals experiencing homelessness and other vulnerable populations in the greater Los Angeles area by connecting them to resources to close the gap in the continuum of care.

In her free time, Sheena enjoys outdoor activities, grocery shopping, crocheting, and playing with her two cats Finn and Goma.

Welcome Sheena!
