Please join us in welcoming Natalie Mao to the Archstone Foundation team!

Natalie is a second-year undergraduate at USC double majoring in Human Development & Aging at the Leonard Davis School of Gerontology and Business Administration at the Marshall School of Business. As a gerontological student, she has taken courses in a variety of fields related to aging and is currently conducting research in the USC Mann School of Pharmacy on the topic of geriatric representation in type 2 diabetes clinical trials. With her interdisciplinary studies, Natalie wants to understand how each area of study explains issues affecting older adults. In the future, she wants to take a lifespan perspective to develop creative solutions that improve life quality.

Natalie is excited to intern with the Archstone Foundation this Spring 2023 to gain a broader view of real programs that involve older adults. She is looking forward to learning more about how the Foundation enables different organizations to provide resources and work together to achieve tangible outcomes.

Natalie spends her free time learning creative skills, dancing, reading, or watching YouTube. She also loves going outdoors, going to the beach to surf or hike.
