The Board of Directors of Archstone Foundation announces the appointment of Christopher A. Langston, PhD as its new President and Chief Executive Officer. He succeeds Joseph F. Prevratil, JD, our long-time President and CEO, who is retiring in the beginning of the new year.
Dr. Langston is a national leader in philanthropy with 18 years of experience in program design, evaluation, and foundation management. He has an AB in Psychology and Social Relations from Harvard College; a PhD in Psychology from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor; and a post-doctoral fellowship in late-life mental and physical health comorbidities at the University of Pennsylvania and the Philadelphia Geriatric Center.
