The Archstone Foundation Board of Directors has approved a grant of up to $75,000 to Greater Good Studio, a design firm dedicated to helping its social sector clients build a more equitable society.
Greater Good Studio will support the Foundation’s learning journeys, a critical component in our efforts to center the lived experience of older adults in our work. Not only will this build ownership and agency among community members, it will also lead to better ideas and outcomes. This year, our program team is starting to conduct learning journeys across California communities. We want to hear directly from older adults about their experiences, in order to co-design policies, practices, and programs that center their needs. Greater Good Studio will help us connect with older adults and organizations and create a process that can inform our work on an ongoing basis.
If you’re interested in joining or hosting a learning journey, please let us know!
