Archstone Foundation has moved its grantee reporting submissions to an online process!
You will now access the online grant portal to submit reporting requirements. To gain access to the Foundation's grant portal, primary contacts of all open grants should have received an email with their Username and instructions to complete the online portal registration.
If you do not recall receiving this email or are having trouble accessing the portal, please send an email to grants@archstone.org.
Help and Guidance Completing Your Grant Report
The Foundation is pleased to share downloadable documents that will assist you in reporting on your grant progress. These documents include:
- Grant Portal Guidelines: Information on accessing and submitting grantee reports on the Foundation's grant portal.
- Progress Report Guidelines: Details on what information grantees should gather before entering the grant portal to submit a report;
- Evaluation Report Guidelines: Details on how to complete evaluation reports;
- Financial Report Template: Information and templates for submitting financial reports;
- Budget Revision Request: Information and templates for submitting revised budget requests;
- No-Cost Extensions Guidelines: Information and templates to be used to request a grant extension;
- Publicity & Recognition Guidelines: Information about press releases, logo usage, publication credits, and more.
