I hope there will be a continuing focus for the collaborative on where and how people are being referred to receive the direct services — such as dementia-capable adult day services -  that are essential for many individuals with dementia. There is a respite benefit as a possible service under Cal AIM as well, which could be used to help meet some of these needs if it became a longer term option for care partner support.

yes ECM is just the coord navigation etc.  Community supports pay for the home modification, respite care, home delivered meals, etc.
