Archstone Foundation Announces Recipient of 2014 Award for Excellence

The Archstone Foundation announced the winner of the 2014 Award for Excellence in Program Innovation at the American Public Health Association(APHA) Annual Meeting.  This year's winner is the Mobile Medical Health Clinics program, developed by the University of the Pacific, Stockton, CA.  For more details on the winning program, click here.

The Archstone Award for Excellence in Program Innovation was established in conjunction with the Aging & Public Health Section of the APHA to identify best practice models in the field of health and aging, and to provide recognition and an opportunity to highlight the work at the annual meetings of the APHA.
