Budget Revision Requests
Archstone Foundation understands that a budget submitted with a full proposal is a proposed document that may change over the course of the project. Allowing some spending flexibility can enable the work to proceed in a smoother and more efficient manner.
Budget revisions must be requested for line-item changes and/or variances in any line-item. The process for modifying a budget is separate from our application and reporting processes that are through the online grant portal.
To modify a budget, a request must be submitted via e-mail to your assigned Program Officer at the Foundation. Budget Revision Requests must include a completed Budget Revision Template and a brief narrative explaining the reason for the Budget Revision Request.
